While traditional therapy is incredibly beneficial, the idea of discussing past experiences and revisiting old emotions can be daunting. Fortunately, my sessions differ from conventional talk therapy—since Emotion Code and Body Code are purely energetic modalities. You don’t need to share the details of what you’re experiencing. Instead, I work on an energetic level with your subconscious to release what no longer serves you. Often, this process occurs without you having to remember or consciously process anything at all.

Emotion Code and Body Code Session are comparatively more affordable than ongoing expensive talk-therapy as the results are effective and quicker. As many clients tell me that the sessions save them worry, confusion, and time wasted on emotional upheaval. They go on to becoming more productive and efficient in their daily lives. Many say that their investment in my sessions is money well spent.
I have no extra time.
My sessions are simple. We can work together in 30-45 minute sessions that can work with your schedule. I offer sessions over the phone, and on Zoom. For those of you who are especially busy, we can do sessions over email, where I work on releasing your Trapped Emotions or Imbalances, while you go about your normal day. You would receive your notes at the end of the session via email and gain the same benefits as a live session.
How does the Emotion Code work?
The Emotion Code, created by Dr. Bradley Nelson, gently identifies and releases negative emotional energies that may become lodged in the body. These trapped emotions can interfere with the body’s natural energy flow, leading to feelings of emotional distress and hopelessness.
Here’s how the process works:
Together, we will use muscle testing to gently uncover trapped emotions within your energy system. Once we identify them, we’ll easily release these trapped emotions through intention and the use of a magnet.
By releasing these emotions, we can help restore your body’s energy balance. In my experience, this process often brings about a sense of calm, reduces emotional turmoil, and enhances overall well-being.
How does the Body Code work?
The Body Code is a gentle, yet powerful, energy transformation technique created by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a holistic chiropractor. It helps achieve true health by bringing balance to six key areas:
- Energy: Releasing trapped emotional and mental energies to promote overall well-being.
- Circuitry: Harmonizing the energy systems in the body, including chakras, acupuncture meridians, and the connections between the spiritual and physical bodies.
- Toxicity: Identifying and gently removing toxic agents from the body, even those that might not show up on medical tests.
- Pathogens: Detecting and addressing hidden infections to support the body’s natural healing.
- Structural: Non-invasively restoring balance to bones, organs, connective tissue, muscles, and nerves for physical stability.
- Nutritional: Addressing nutrient deficiencies and other imbalances such as dehydration or the need for specific healing foods or herbs.
The Body Code is effective because it gently pinpoints and resolves specific issues, promoting a harmonious and healthy body.
How does The Belief Code work?
Our Core Belief System deeply influences how we perceive every aspect of our lives, and in effect how we might manifest unwanted situations into our lives. The Belief Code gently addresses the four main layers of a Faulty Belief System, helping to release unwanted negative beliefs:
- Faulty Core Identity: These beliefs often start in childhood when we absorb ideas without question. They become so closely tied to our identity that they may go unnoticed.
- Reinforced Beliefs: Negative beliefs, when supported by other emotions, can grow and develop into a complex web of interconnected beliefs.
- Limiting Beliefs: At the heart of a faulty belief system lies a limiting belief about ourselves or the world, often hidden within our subconscious mind.
- Negative Programs: These are the easiest to identify, manifesting as negative self-talk and mental chatter, stemming from the entire faulty belief system.
The Belief Code uses gentle mind-mapping techniques to guide me to the belief that needs attention. It consists of seven main categories, each with subcategories and cascading lists of both negative and positive beliefs. This creates a beautifully efficient process for discovering and releasing unwanted beliefs which can help us manifest a better life.
What modality will we use in my session?
Following your subconscious mind and the needs of both body and spirit, I would employ any of these modalities: Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, Reiki and Yoga Therapy. In short, we will do whatever it takes to dig deep into the clearing and reach the greatest possible improvement.
Your session may also include powerful breath work techniques, activating healing vibrations, and balancing and resetting the chakras and energy channels, among others. At the close of our session, I will leave you with some simple customized personal practices to help you keep clearing the old energies to integrating and maintaining the new!
How does a session work?
As a Body Code, Emotion Code, and Belief Code practitioner based in Surrey, Manchester, and London, I primarily deliver my sessions virtually. This means that I can actually do sessions no matter where you are in the world! Indeed, many of my clients work with me from as far away as Toronto, Dubai, Pakistan.
During our sessions, we will connect via phone, email or Zoom. I take special in-person requests for anyone in Surrey. Here are my suggestions to make the most of our time:
Find your favorite quiet space where you feel safe and focused. You can lie down if you prefer; just make sure you are comfortable and free from interruptions.
We’ll begin by checking in on your goals and what’s on your mind. This time allows us to decide where to focus our healing session. The details you decide to share with me are entirely up to you. You don’t need to share much or re-live anything uncomfortable. Your subconscious mind will lead the way regardless of how much or how little you share.
In each session, your subconscious mind knows what it needs and will guide me to what it wants to heal. I will ask a series of yes or no questions to identify and clarify the most pressing issues. Once we isolate a problem, I will work with your governing meridian to resolve it. Then, we will move on to the next issue or challenge that your body’s wisdom brings to light.
At the end of our session, I’ll send along your session notes and suggested practices or next steps.
After our session, I recommend taking extra care of yourself for the next 24 hours. This includes drinking plenty of water and allowing yourself extra rest. You can expect to start feeling lighter and more grounded right away.
